Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times Standard delivery takes 6–10 business days after dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order value required.

 

Delays While we always aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at dentyxo.support@gmail.com

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend your order or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
